Wienmuseum - Struggle for the city
"The focus of the exhibition is on those crucial years where the future of the young republic hung in the balance between democracy and dictatorship, development and reaction. Seminal trends and achievements in art, applied art and popular culture are depicted alongside the most important historical events and key areas of conflict of that time. Particular attention has been paid to everyday living and lifestyles of the 1920s and ’30s.” Wien Museum
